Ingredients:

• 100g Bodrum Dried Currants
• 50g Bodrum Whole Cloves
• 50g Bodrum Cinnamon Sticks
• 150g Bodrum Roasted White Hazelnuts
• 540g Bodrum Cooked Chickpeas
• 500g Bodrum Peeled Wheat
• 540g Bodrum Cooked White Beans
• 150g Bodrum Hand Cracked Chilean Walnut Kernels
• 200g Bodrum Dried Apricots
• 150g Bodrum Flaked Almonds
• 250g Bodrum Sultana Raisins
• 100g Bodrum Ground Cinnamon
• 150g Bodrum Pistachio Kernels
• 380g Bodrum Grape Molasses

Instructions:

1. Preparation:
   • Preparing the Wheat: Rinse the peeled wheat thoroughly. Soak it in a pot of water overnight.
2. Cooking:
   • Wheat: The next day, cook the wheat in a large pot with plenty of water. Once the wheat is soft (approximately 1 hour), continue cooking without draining the water.
3. Adding Cooked Chickpeas and Beans:
   • Chickpeas and Beans: Drain the cooked chickpeas and white beans, then add them to the pot with the wheat.
4. Adding Other Ingredients:
   • Dried Currants and Sultana Raisins: Soak the dried currants and sultana raisins in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain and add them to the pot.
   • Dried and Halved Apricots: Chop the apricots into small cubes and add them to the pot.
   • Whole Cloves: Place the whole cloves in a cheesecloth and add it to the pot. Remove before serving.
   • Cinnamon Sticks: Add the cinnamon sticks to the pot.
   • Roasted White Hazelnuts, Hand Cracked Chilean Walnut Kernels, and Pistachio Kernels: Add these nuts to the pot.
5. Sweetening:
   • Grape Molasses: Add the grape molasses to the pot. Check the sweetness and adjust to taste.
6. Final Touches:
   • Flaked Almonds: Sprinkle the flaked almonds on top before serving.
   • Ground Cinnamon: Optionally, sprinkle ground cinnamon on top when serving.
7. Cooking Time and Stirring:
   • After adding all the ingredients, continue cooking on low heat, stirring occasionally, for about 30 more minutes until the mixture thickens. Once the mixture reaches a thick consistency, remove from heat.

Serving:

• Divide the aşure into bowls. Garnish with flaked almonds and ground cinnamon. Let it cool before serving.
