  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a medium baking dish.
  2. Place sliced apples in the dish. Sprinkle with sugar and Bodrum Cinnamon.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix Bodrum Wheat Flour, cubed butter, brown sugar, and salt. Use your fingertips to rub the butter into the flour until it looks like coarse breadcrumbs.
  4. Spread the crumble topping evenly over the apples.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until the topping is golden brown and the apples are bubbling.
  6. Serve warm with your choice of custard, double cream, or vanilla ice cream.
