  • 100 g unsalted butter (cold, cubed)
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Step-by-step Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a baking dish.
  2. Place sliced apples in the dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  3. In a bowl, mix flour, butter, brown sugar, and salt until crumbly.
  4. Spread crumble topping evenly over apples.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes, until topping is golden and apples are bubbling.
  6. Serve warm with custard, cream, or vanilla ice cream.
