1. Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to addresses within Mainland UK. If you're outside this area or have specific delivery requests, please contact us at hello@bodrumfoods.co.uk before ordering.
2. Shipping Options & Rates

Standard Shipping: £5.99 (flat rate)

FREE Shipping: On all orders over £40 (after discounts, before VAT and shipping)
Shipping charges will be applied at checkout unless your order qualifies for free shipping.
📦 Shipping Information – Northern Ireland
We offer Standard Delivery to Northern Ireland at a fixed rate of £5.99.
Orders with a total value exceeding £40 are eligible for free delivery.
Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days.
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak periods.
3. Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on your location.

4. Delivery of Perishable Goods
For orders containing chilled or frozen items:

Deliveries are packed using appropriate temperature-controlled packaging.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

6. Missed or Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or no one being available, we may not be able to refund or replace perishable items. Please double-check your address at checkout.
