Shipping Policy

At Bodrum Foods UK, we aim to provide fast, reliable delivery for all your grocery needs. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within Mainland UK and Northern Ireland. If you are outside these areas or have specific delivery requirements, please contact us at hello@bodrumfoods.co.uk or via Live Chat at bodrumfoods.co.uk before placing your order.


2. Shipping Options & Rates

  • Standard Shipping: £5.99 (flat rate)

  • FREE Shipping: On all orders over £40 (after discounts, before VAT and shipping)

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. The applicable rate is determined by your order total at the time of purchase and will not be recalculated after the order has been placed.

📦 Northern Ireland

We offer Standard Delivery to Northern Ireland at a fixed rate of £5.99. Orders with a total value exceeding £40 are eligible for free delivery.

Estimated delivery time is 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak periods.


3. Delivery Times

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Delays may occur during peak periods or due to courier disruptions beyond our control.


4. Delivery of Perishable Goods

For orders containing chilled or frozen items:

  • Deliveries are packed using appropriate temperature-controlled packaging.

  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address.

  • Bodrum Foods UK is not responsible for spoilage resulting from missed or failed deliveries caused by the customer's absence.


5. Delivery Address – Customer Responsibility

It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a full, accurate, and complete delivery address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before confirming your order.

If an error is identified after placing your order, you must contact us immediately via email at hello@bodrumfoods.co.uk or via Live Chat at bodrumfoods.co.uk, before the order is dispatched. We will make every reasonable effort to update the address, but we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order has entered the dispatch process.

If an order is dispatched to an incorrect address provided by the customer:

  • Bodrum Foods UK accepts no responsibility for non-delivery or loss

  • No refund or replacement will be issued

  • Any additional costs arising from the incorrect address are the customer's sole responsibility


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor the tracking status of their order and ensure availability at the time of delivery.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer's absence, the following applies:

  • It is the customer's responsibility to follow up with the courier directly using the tracking information provided

  • Bodrum Foods UK accepts no liability for undelivered items where one or more delivery attempts have been made and failed due to the customer not being present

  • No refund, replacement, or redelivery will be issued in such circumstances

  • Perishable items that deteriorate as a result of a missed delivery are entirely the customer's responsibility


7.1 Liability After Successful Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the courier, responsibility for the parcel passes entirely to the customer. Bodrum Foods UK accepts no liability for loss, theft, or damage occurring after a confirmed delivery, including parcels left in a safe place or with a neighbour at the courier's discretion.

If the courier leaves a parcel in a designated safe location or with a neighbour, this is considered a completed and successful delivery.
