Perfect Homemade Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are a true classic—crispy on the edges, soft in the middle, and filled with melty chocolate chips. We add a touch of Bodrum Cinnamon for warmth and depth of flavor. With Bodrum Wheat Flour and Bodrum Baking Powder, these cookies bake up perfectly every time.
Ingredients
- 2¼ cups Bodrum Wheat Flour
- 1 tsp Bodrum Gluten‑Free Baking Powder
- 1 tsp Bodrum Fine Himalayan Salt
- ½ tsp Bodrum Cinnamon Ground
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¾ cup white sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F) and line baking trays with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream butter and sugars until fluffy, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoonfuls of dough onto trays and bake 10–12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Cool for a few minutes on trays before transferring to a wire rack.
