Aşure — also known as Noah's Pudding — is one of the oldest and most cherished desserts in Turkish cuisine. Traditionally prepared during the Islamic month of Muharrem, it brings together grains, pulses, dried fruits, and nuts into a deeply comforting, wholesome pudding.
The Family Aşure Box is built for generosity. Bumped-up 1kg packs of wheat, rice, chickpeas, and beans mean you can make two full batches without a second trip to the shops. Jumbo golden raisins, whole apricot halves, and a larger coconut and almond pack add depth and colour to the finished pudding.
